PORTMARNOCK OCTOBER
Heavenly silvery glistening water,
Flowing, calm and unhurried,
Unlike the cars driving by,
October day so warm and delightful,
Floating by the grey and white clouds intertwine,
Patches of blue sky break through,
As the water gently graces the shore,
Ireland’s Eye stands alone and aloof,
As if unwanted,
Grey and lonely-like,
While the sun shines on patches of greenery,
At Howth Head,
The clouds gently hover and move,
Like a kaleidoscope of pure magic,
The murmur of the water warms my heart,
As the birds fly by and sing,
Their sweet, happy songs,
Poetry in Motion,
A Soul warms to Natures Luxuries.

The summer morning dawns,
The rain has blessed the thirsty plants during the night
SHINY STARS
The shiny stars amaze me,
I think they are full of wonder
Woman in the mist
My mind won’t recall the woman in the mist
She floats just beyond my reach
