I pulled back the curtains of my life,
To a brave brand new day,
The sun shone in the garden,
Buttercups and daisies
Carpeted the grass,
Reminding me that weeds
Are just as important as the stars,
It just depends on how you view them,
All around there is life,
Abundant in all its grace,
The clouds moved out of the morning’s sky,
Leaving it blue and beautiful,
To-day is a magnificent day.

Everything still,
The sky is grey,
As the rain falls

And a sense of superiority,
