THE GUIDE DOG
How magnificent he was.
Guiding his Master through the busy train station,
A beautiful golden Labrador,
Ever vigilant in the bustling crowd,
Incredibly and with a touch of genius
He guides his Master down the busy stairway,
One seeing, one not afforded that luxury,
Together an inspiration,
And for those lucky enough to see and watch in awe,
What an Inspiration to us all,
What a sense of pride he must be to his Master,
What a story of courage, confidence and love,
His very Best Friend,
His eyes,
His very existence,
What a splendid Golden Genius of a Labrador he was.

Everything still,
The sky is grey,
As the rain falls

Such dignity and elegance,
And a sense of superiority,
